As you enter the Crockstead Farm estate from the A22 drive down about 50m to the signposted guest car park on your left. Park up here, grab your stuff and head across the drive you just drove down to find a path following the sign to Crockstead Fields main entrance. Continue along this following the signs, round to the right, through the tree lined path and round a couple more bends and you will find a wooden bridge ahead which leads you to the event field. By taking the left path here you can make your way up to the campsite.

There are local bus services with limited pedestrian access, but we strongly recommend vehicle access to ensure safety and ease for our visitors.  There are public transport links via rail and bus to nearby towns of Lewes (6.9 miles) and Uckfield (2.3 miles). Lewes is an easier connecting station from locations like Brighton and London but is about 15 mins by car from the site, whereas Uckfield is a mere 5. We would advise booking taxi’s in advance when arriving in either location, both of which have taxi services who are familiar with the site.

Check in time is from 3pm on the day of your arrival. Your tent will be labelled with your name and you will be provided a code to unlock the main zip.

Check out time is 11am. If you need a late check out for any reason please get in touch and we’ll see what we can sort out for you.

Yes we have 3 gas powered hot showers for you to use in the main campsite. The yurts and cabin have their own private showers.

The cut off for amplified music is 10pm on site. We ask that you are respectful of other people staying within close proximity to you.

All Wedding Festival bookings are Fri 09:00 – Sun 15:00. We do not offer the site for mid-week weddings. Lifestyle Retreats vary per event and Camping Adventures are either Fri 09:00 – Sun 15:00 or Sat 09:00 – Sun 15:00

Yes, our Pagoda is licensed for wedding ceremonies. We ask all couples to arrange their own marriage officiant.

All vehicles must be left in the car park at the top of site (about 5 min walk to the main field). Camper vans are not permitted in the main field or camping field.

Our marquees create excellent canopies for indoor space and our ceremony area can be covered with a large parachute for wedding ceremonies.

The Wedding Festival package can host up to 150 guests, seated on round tables in the main marquee. We allow for a further 50 guests in the evening.

Lifestyle Retreat weekends are focused on one-to-one time with our instructors and therapists and are therefore limited to 30 guests per weekend.

Camping Adventure bookings are flexible, please speak to a member of the team.

Yes, you are more than welcome to use your own caterer for Wedding Festival and Camping Adventure bookings. Lifestyle Retreats are all-inclusive of plant-based meals.

We do offer BYOB for Wedding Festival bookings with a corkage fee of £1500. Alternatively, we operate a fully licensed bar.

For Camping Adventures BYOB is permitted, please speak to a member of the team to discuss prior to your visit.

You certainly can. Amplified music must end at 23:00 and is only permitted on one night of your stay. We suggest all bands supply their own PA system as our Bluetooth speaker system is designed for playlists and DJ’s.

For Camping Adventure bookings, a Temporary Events Notice may be required to accommodate a live band. A member of the team will be able to advise upon booking.

Our licensed bar shuts at 00:00 on Saturday and 22:00 Friday. We kindly request all guests respect our neighbors after this time.

For all events we take a £1000 save the date / security deposit then 50% 6 months prior and the final settlement 1 month prior. Your security deposit is on top of your event hire fee and will be returned within 7 working days upon successful handover of the site.
